Sixth grade reading consists of reading several trade paperback books and completing assignments related to each book that improve vocabulary, reading skills and comprehension.  About every six weeks, students select a book that is of interest to them from 4 choices.  Based on their choice, they are placed in a class taught by Mrs. Corbit, Mrs. Freter, Mr. Jubie, or Mrs. Rumpel for that unit.  At the end of each six weeks, students will again choose a book of interest from 4 new choices.
